1. Who we are

The website klippin.io is operated by KERCOM SAS, registered under 949 100 721 R.C.S. Vannes, with its registered office at Centre Tenenio, 10 rue Docteur Joseph Audic, 56000 Vannes, France ("KLIPPIN", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: contact@klippin.io

This policy covers visitors to this website, people who contact us through the contact form, and users of the client dashboard.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form. Your name, company, work email, profile, campaign details, target window, budget range and message. We use them to answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up with you about our services. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in developing our business with professionals. Fields marked with an asterisk are required: without them, we cannot process your request.

Client dashboard. Your name, work email, company, role, login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form) and connection logs. We use them to give you access to your campaign data, provide support and keep the dashboard secure. Legal basis: performance of the contract with your organisation, and our legitimate interest in providing and securing the service. This data is required to create and use your account.

Invoicing. Where you are a billing contact, your name and work email appear on our invoices and accounting records. Legal basis: compliance with our legal obligations.

Browsing. Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper operation and security of the website.

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling based on your data.

3. Who receives it

Only authorised members of our team and the service providers that help us run the website and the dashboard (hosting, email, customer relationship management). Hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg). Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, a copy of which you can obtain by contacting us. We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

• Contact requests: 3 years from our last exchange
• Dashboard accounts: for the duration of the contract with your organisation, then deleted within 3 months of its end
• Connection logs: 12 months
• Invoicing records: 10 years, as required by law

5. Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the website and the dashboard to work, including the session cookie that keeps you logged in. These cookies do not require your consent.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, request its portability where applicable, and give instructions regarding your data after your death.

You can also object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, including our commercial follow-up.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@klippin.io. We will respond within one month and may ask for proof of identity in case of reasonable doubt. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

We may update this policy at any time. The version published on the website at the date of your visit applies.
