This website presents KLIPPIN's services, allows you to contact us, and gives our clients access to their dashboard.

2. Access

Access to the website is free and requires no registration, except for the client dashboard. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website at any time, without notice or compensation. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.

3. Client dashboard

3.1 Access to the dashboard is reserved to our clients and to the users they designate. Accounts are created by us.

3.2 Your login credentials are personal and confidential. You are responsible for any use of your account and must inform us without delay at contact@klippin.io of any unauthorised use. We may suspend an account in case of misuse or security risk.

3.3 The data shown in the dashboard is confidential. It is provided for the follow-up of your campaigns only and may not be disclosed to third parties or reused for other purposes, except as provided in your service agreement.

3.4 Our services, reporting and billing are governed by the service agreement between KERCOM SAS and your organisation. In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and that agreement, the agreement prevails.

3.5 Access ends when the agreement ends or when the account is deactivated.

4. Information published

Information published on the website, including descriptions, figures, case studies and screenshots, is provided for information and illustration purposes. It does not constitute a contractual offer and does not guarantee any result. Campaign results depend on the content, the objectives, the timing and the platforms concerned.

5. Contact form

The form allows you to request a proposal. You undertake to provide accurate information. Submitting a request creates no obligation on either side. Personal data collected through the form is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including texts, graphics, videos, interfaces, logos and the KLIPPIN trademark, are protected by intellectual property law and remain our property or that of our partners.
